Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end bid process
- Collaborate with virtual bid teams and inputs from marketing, key stakeholders, sales engagement, commercial, finance, product teams, and project management delivery.
- Make cold calls to interact with customers and explore new business opportunities
- Identifying opportunities to submit bids.
- Planning a successful winning bid strategy involves pinpointing the uniques selling points.
- Knowing the company’s profit margins and operating.
- Generating business leads from online Bidding Portals.
- Understanding the need of the client’s requirements.
- Researching, checking, and writing proposals
- Negotiating with suppliers and contractor
- Researching future and current market trends. After completing the bid briefing, strategise the project work with the team.
Mandatory Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any specialisation

- 1 to 5 years of working experience in generating leads as a leader
